Company Successfully Passes Second Surveillance Audit of ISO Integrated Management System

To further evaluate the effectiveness and compliance of the company's management system, from March 30 to the morning of April 1, 2024, a three-member audit team from Beijing New Century Certification Co., Ltd. conducted the second surveillance audit of our company's integrated management system covering Quality, Environment, and Occupational Health and Safety (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001).

This audit not only served as a comprehensive review of the system's performance over the past year but also provided an important opportunity for continuous improvement and management enhancement.

During the two-and-a-half-day audit process, the audit team, based on relevant ISO standards and the company's management system documentation, carried out a systematic and detailed review of the company's management and several key functional departments. The audit methods included on-site document review, interviews with relevant personnel, and inspection of work sites. The scope covered multiple dimensions, including the achievement of quality objectives, process control, risk identification and response, and continuous improvement mechanisms.

Ａt the closing meeting, the audit team summarized and provided feedback on the findings of the surveillance audit. The expert team unanimously agreed that the company's management system operates maturely and that process controls are effective, meeting the requirements of ISO standards and applicable laws and regulations. They recommended the continued maintenance of the company's certification. At the same time, the audit team offered several suggestions for improvement, pointing the way for further optimization of the company's management system.

In his concluding remarks, the company's Management Representative expressed gratitude for the audit team's hard work and professional guidance. He noted that the successful completion of this audit would not have been possible without the rigorous implementation of system requirements and the continuous improvement efforts of all departments in their daily work. Looking ahead, the company will continue to be guided by ISO standards, strengthen process-oriented thinking and risk awareness, and promote more systematic and standardized management.
