Today is the International Workers' Day, marking the start of a holiday break. While many are traveling or relaxing at home, a different scene of bustling activity unfolds in the company's production workshops…
Entering the workshop, you are greeted by the sight of splashing welding sparks and the roar of machinery. Wearing hard hats and work uniforms, the workers are diligently operating at their respective posts. Cutting, welding, assembling, grinding—every step is carried out in an orderly manner. Despite it being a holiday, their focused expressions and skilled movements show no trace of slacking off.

In the cutting and processing area, an overhead crane shuttles back and forth on tracks high above, precisely lifting and moving thick steel plates to designated positions. Nearby, several workers are crouched over towering steel components. Welding guns in hand, they produce brilliant sparks through steady and deft movements. Meanwhile, the packing and shipping area on the other side is equally busy, as workers team up to secure and package finished components for delivery to project sites. Quality inspectors, holding measuring tools, meticulously check the dimensions of each component to ensure flawless product quality.

For workshop workers, spending holidays on the job is nothing new. It would be dishonest to say it isn't hard work. Yet, as they watch steel plates gradually transform into finely crafted components by their own hands, their faces beam with a smile of pride.

It is these ordinary yet extraordinary workers who, with their sweat, build the height of our cities and, with their dedication, interpret responsibility and commitment.
As you enjoy your holiday, please do not forget that there are people like this, making silent efforts on the production front. Their labor deserves everyone's respect.
Labor is the most glorious; struggle is the most beautiful.
Salute to all workers who remain at their posts!
